Job Description Summary:
As the Contract Management Lead for Platform Services Financial Hub, you will be integral to our mission of delivering exceptional value and creating customer experiences. Through establishing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and third parties, as well as ensuring the highest quality of services and compliance with all relevant stakeholders. You will also ensure the effective execution of contract management strategies for strategic third parties and financial hub customers. This includes management and oversight of the Financial Hub internal and external agreements (internal service agreements and third-party contracts).

What you’ll do for us
Strategy and processes
Define and ensure the proper execution of contract management strategies for third parties and financial hub customers. Establish and provide ongoing stewardship of the governance interaction model with third parties, ensuring the right Coca-Cola stakeholders are involved in the support and oversight of the agreements. Establish and continuously evaluate existing contract management processes and identify opportunities for improvement, driving change where necessary. Verify that financial hub is meeting value commitments through rigorous contract management processes like contract compliance management, contract change management and communications Manage financial hubs' internal and external agreements, including internal service agreements and third-party contracts, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Maintain currency of contractual documents and provide ad hoc support for contract interpretations as needed by stakeholders. Educate Financial Hub stakeholders and business customers (as needed) regarding the contractual services and expectations agreed to with third parties Author and maintain the Financial Hub's annual service agreement and service catalog with customers. Oversee customer service agreements, ensuring commitments are met and fostering strong, long-term partnerships.
Third-parties
Manage third-party contracts, working collaboratively with partners to establish mutually beneficial relationships. Current spend under management is expected to be $60-80M. Ensure effective relationships and governance between financial services stakeholders, customers, and third parties by fostering open communication and timely resolution of contract issues.
To qualify for the role you must have
Excellent academic background including a bachelor and/or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or other appropriate academic major
At least 10 years of experience in contract management and shared services customer management
Have a solid understanding of end-to-end business processes as well as interlinkage with other finance processes and related risk controls
Previous experience in executing contract management leading practices will be highly desirable
Strong analytical skills that enable you to think out of the box and come with good ideas to address complex accounting questions.
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to explain specialized contract concepts to non-technical audiences
Strong stakeholder management, with the ability and proven track record of establishing successful relationships with third parties
Strong contract management skills including experience with drafting and properly processing contract changes and amendments
