In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Provide support relating to daily Accounting Operations AP and AR functions including generating check runs and initiating wires and troubleshooting as needed
• Collaborate with finance team ensure the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close requirements are completed on time and with high integrity
• Perform various mid-month and end-of-month processes, including journal entry processing, account analysis and reconciliations
• Contribute at the daily meeting on all finance operating metric reporting
• Maintain and manage the company’s travel expense reporting application including administration, processing & reconciliation while also providing support to end users
• Manage accounting aspects of inventory Act as Accounting’s Point of Contact for the annual full physical inventory

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree (preferred) in accounting
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Accounting in a Manufacturing environment is a plus

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $55,000 - $70,000 USD per year.
