Prompt is revolutionizing healthcare with modern, automated B2B software for rehab therapy businesses, the teams within, and the patients they serve. We’ve become the go-to platform in the space, are setting a new standard in healthcare technology, and growing fast. 

We are looking for a Senior Demand Generation Marketer to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive demand for Prompt. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, bring project management skills, and have a proven record of creating demand for a B2B SaaS brand. This role will be pivotal in driving qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting our sales pipeline through innovative marketing strategies. You’ll oversee Prompt’s advertising creation schedule and work closely with the content, product, and event marketing teams, plus a third-party advertising vendor, to build out an amazing customer journey for our target market.
Experience in the healthcare software industry and/or outpatient rehab is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and support revenue growth.

• Ensure timely brainstorming, development, and execution of social media ads.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, content, and product marketing to align demand generation activities with business goals.

• Oversee marketing automation tools and CRM systems to track campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.

• Lead the creation of compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

• Optimize the lead funnel, from awareness through conversion, using data-driven approaches.

• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient execution of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Proven experience in demand generation, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology.

• Strong project management and team leadership skills.

• Proficiency in HubSpot. Experience with Warmly or other unbundled ABM software preferred.

• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Creative thinker with a passion for developing engaging marketing campaigns.
