Opening its doors in 2013 and expanding in 2017, this state-of-the-art acute care facility has 177 patient rooms and offers services in a wide variety of specialties to meet community needs. You'll be supported as you follow your dreams and find where you belong, here at Tradition Hospital.
We are looking to add a Timekeeper to our team to support and record time for employees. You will prepare timecards for review and final approval by unit management prior to the standardized deadline. You will also collaborate with the unit manager to ensure accurate information is received and coded into the Kronos timekeeping system before signing off. This position provides a solid foundation for learning the Cleveland Clinic's various systems and operations. Opportunities exist both within and outside the department to advance into other administrative or clinical positions.
A caregiver in this position works days from 8:00AM – 5:00PM.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Administer timekeeping responsibilities including correcting missed punches and making updates to employee timecards to ensure accurate accounts of productivity status.
Correct employee timecards and interfaces with payroll department to coordinate time changes to ensure timecards are kept up to date in accordance with wage and labor standards.
Prepare timecards for review and approval by unit manager.
Update time and attendance system with timekeeping and pay codes.
Audit time records to ensure hours are recorded correctly including FTE hours, missed punches, absences, planned time off and FMLA hours.
Maintain timekeeping records and supporting documentation.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
High School Diploma or GED and one year of experience utilizing automated systems OR Associate’s Degree in Information Technology or related field
Ability to use a telephone without TTY
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
