  • Guide and manage all technical aspects of the program, including signal development, testing, and processing.
  • Ensure technical compliance with all government-mandated requirements and program deliverables.
  • Work with a DevSecOps approach to ensure seamless integration of development, security, and operations across all teams.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks, proactively addressing challenges to keep the program on track.
  • Mentor and guide technical staff, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Required:

  • Active TS/SCI with CI Poly (must be adjudicated and in scope).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of experience in systems engineering with a focus on cybersecurity within classified IC or DoD environments.
  • Expert-level experience in systems engineering, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex technical programs.
  • Extensive experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or other Agile methodologies.
  • Require professional certification(s) in one or more specific technologies: ISSAP, CCSP, PMP-ACP, PMP, BPM, CISSP are the preferred certification.
  • Experience working with geographically distributed teams, managing cross-team dependencies, and fostering collaboration.
  • Background in systems engineering, software development, or related technical disciplines supporting complex, classified government projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate multiple teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to a variety of stakeholders.

Preferred:

  • Hands-on experience with the operations, maintenance, and creation of cross-domain solutions (CDS).
  • Understanding of Zero Trust principles and segmentation in classified environments.
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps, software-defined networking (SDN), or IC cloud environments (C2S, SC2S).
  • Experience supporting lab environments and integration test events.
  • Knowledge of virtualization platforms (VMware, KVM) and secure system administration.
