Position Overview:

Your primary responsibility will be to provide a safe environment while implementing a comprehensive curriculum that promotes social, emotional, cognitive and physical growth through play-based learning and hands on structured activities. Ideal Candidate:
- Has experience working with young children and some coursework in early childhood, education (or a related field)
- Ready to lend a helping hand and work as a team
- Supports families through daily communication and engagement
- Joins in on the fun... we love to sing and dance
- Committed to watching students grow through the whole year
- Provides social and emotional support and facilitates healthy relationships
- Motivated and holds true to what you say you will do
- Punctual and dependable
- Professionalism displayed through appropriate interactions, dress and communication
Responsibilities Include:
- Health and safety of children
- Prepares and implements hands-on learning activities
- Actively supervises the children at all times
- Daily communication (verbal, send pictures, videos, messages)
- Builds strong family relationships through goal setting and engagement in classroom activities
- Cooperates and collaborates with team members

Qualifications
- Minimum of high school diploma. CDA credential or relevant coursework, college degree preferred
- Passion for working with children and helping them succeed
- Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
