 TITLE: Skate Team Manager

  Reports to: Skate Team Director

DIVISION: HQ   NYC

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:                                                                          

• Responsible for the successful management of Supreme’s skate team which is comprised of a diverse group of 20+ skaters globally and is a critical pillar of the brand’s identity and connection to their customer         
• Ensure the on-going day-to-day needs of the skate team are met inclusive of scheduling transportation into the city for local content creation, ensuring each skater has correct product & coordinating meals etc.                                       
• Plan and book travel for content needs in accordance with brand initiatives and marketing strategy both locally and abroad inclusive of booking flights, ground transportation needs, and hotel accommodations                  
• Lead the fulfillment of product promo requests for skate team with a large volume of requests at the start of a season in addition to continuous requests throughout
• Partner with creative services team to produce weekly & seasonally skate based photo / video content                                  
• Contribute to weekly content meetings and social media discussions by providing status updates on content needs as well as any cultural + consumer insights
• Scout new skate talent by having a high level of engagement with skate communities and having your finger on the pulse

SKILLS:

• 2-4 years experience of project + asset management
• Must have a deep passion and knowledge of skate
• Excellent communication, organization, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build trust and lead a diverse group of individuals
• Experience with Microsoft outlook

Hiring Range:

$73,600.00 USD - $92,000.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
