Precision’s uniquely integrated offering enables the science of precision medicine by combining novel clinical trial designs, industry-leading operational and medical experts, advanced biomarker and data analytics solutions, and an unequivocal real passion for rare diseases and oncology, in addition to working across other therapeutic areas.</p> <p>We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our global team working from our office located in Berlin.</p> <p>The main responsibilities of this role will include:</p> <ul> <li>Identify, recommend, and implement an effective HR strategy aligned to business objectives and cultural norms.</li> <li>Identify solutions to support high growth and ensure organizational design is in alignment for the growth.</li> <li>Identification of trends and causes of turnover and proactive implementation of strategies to enhance retention.</li> <li>Integration of programs and practices across assigned groups to enhance consistency, effectiveness, and champion best practices.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with employment laws, and adherence to local regulations and policies.</li> <li>Partner with legal counsel to ensure that employment practices and actions are compliant while meeting the needs of the business.</li> <li>Participates in and provides oversight for harmonization activities. </li> <li>Participates in ad hoc global HR projects.</li> <li>Partner with the VP, Talent Acquisition and members of the team on Talent Acquisition programs, process, reporting, and analysis</li> <li>Ensure that an effective new hire process is designed and executed with the goal for a high quality, scalable process.</li> <li>Provide oversight for the overall employee relations process including coaching the HR staff to manage general day-to-day queries from staff, carry out objective investigations, performance improvements, and advice and risk assessments.</li> <li>Lead sensitive employee relations issues and bring to a successful conclusion.</li> <li>Provide leadership for culture management for the business unit during the high growth and acquisition processes.</li> <li>Partner with the assigned leadership team with the localization of the culture project initiatives</li> <li>Direct manage and ensure collaboration within the regional HR team with regard to the planning and execution of work activities.</li> <li>Provide on-going feedback, development and coaching of regional HR team including via annual performance reviews.</li> <li>Support the on-going performance management program(s)</li> <li>Develop and implement harmonized career ladders across assigned groups.</li> <li>Identify training needs for business unit staff and individual executive coaching needs &amp; partner with Talent Management / L&amp;D to deliver solutions.</li> <li>Provide coaching, counseling, and career development.</li> <li>Organize &amp; plan training as required.</li> <li>Some travel to other offices and business meetings may be required. </li> <li>Additional duties as assigned. </li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <p>Minimum Required:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent field of study</li> <li>Minimum of 7 years relevant experience in a Human Resources role</li> <li>Experience of working for an International organisation</li> </ul> <p>Other Required:</p> <ul> <li>Exceptional organizational, customer service, interpersonal communication skills with the flexibility to thrive in a fast paced, changing environment and the ability to actively participate and sometimes lead cross functional teams</li> <li>Knowledge regional country employment regulations</li> <li>Extensive Works Council experience</li> <li>Demonstrated knowledge in all areas of HR to include but not be limited to, onboarding, training, performance management, employee relations and compliance</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills</li> <li>Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills</li> <li>Detail oriented and ability to manage multiple priorities</li> <li>Proficient with MS Office tools (Word, Excel PowerPoint and Outlook)</li> <li>Able to travel both domestically and internationally including overnight stays</li> <li>Must be able to read, write, speak, fluently and comprehend the English language</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred: </strong></p> <ul> <li>PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification or equivalent HR certification</li> <li>Experience supporting organizations within a decentralized or matrix style structure</li> <li>Previous experience working in the biopharmaceutical industry</li> <li>Experience working with SAP or similar HRMS system</li> </ul> <p>#LI-NC1 #LI-Remote</p> <p> </p><p>Any data provided as a part of this application will be stored in accordance with our <a href="https://nam12.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.precisionmedicinegrp.com%2Fprivacy-policy%
