Position Overview: The Senior Analyst will play a critical role in developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and building project management tools within SharePoint. This individual will work closely with stakeholders to understand user requests and provide solutions using existing tools to produce usable and impactful products.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards to support business decision-making.
Design and implement project management tools within SharePoint to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
Analyze user requests and provide recommendations based on available tools and best practices.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting and dashboard solutions.
Provide training and support to users on Power BI and SharePoint tools.
Continuously improve and update existing dashboards and tools to meet evolving business needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of proven experience in developing Power BI dashboards and knowledge of project management tools within SharePoint.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with other data visualization tools and project management software.
Knowledge of data modeling and database management.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
