ProSidian Seeks a Certified/CPR-Qualified Childcare Providers | Childcare Specialist/Provider [DOD001006] for  Program Support on a Exempt 1099 Contract: No Overtime Pay Basis. located in the Piedmont  and listed under a Awarded ProSidian GSA Schedule Labor Categories Labor Category as a Engagement Team Mid Level Professional aligned under services related to NAICS: Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels - 721110 - DPLH Est.: 22 Hrs. ST | 0 Hrs. OT on a Exempt 1099 Contract: No Overtime Pay Contract Contingent Basis located CONUS - Richmond VA Across The Piedmont  Region supporting the U.S. Air Force Military & Family Readiness Center with data entry and front desk customer service functions.

Seeking Certified/CPR-Qualified Childcare Providers candidates with relevant DOD/Military Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for DOD/Military Sector Clients such as DOD.  This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Childcare Specialist/Provider Functional Area - Childcare Specialist/Provider Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

JOB OVERVIEW

• Provide services and support as a Childcare Specialist/Provider (Caregivers) in the DOD/Military Industry Sector focusing on Business Process Solutions for clients such as Department of Defense (DOD) | Virginia Army National Guard Generally Located In CONUS - Richmond VA and across the Piedmont  Region (Of Country/World).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Certified/CPR-Qualified Childcare Providers | Childcare Specialist/Provider [DOD001006]

• Supervise and care for up to 15 children (ages 0-11) with a minimum provider-to-child ratio of 1:5.
• Ensure child safety through constant monitoring and established sign-in/out procedures.
• Implement and follow an age-appropriate hourly activity schedule.
• Maintain a clean and safe childcare environment, including providing necessary equipment (changing tables, toys, nap pads, etc.).
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
• Ensure compliance with no-medication administration policies.
• Provide emergency contact availability via a designated on-site cell phone.

Qualifications

• Certification in childcare services or related fields.
• Valid CPR and First Aid Certification.
