Job Details:

This position is responsible for all phases of mechanical duties from tire changing to engine repair while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Applicants will be considered for any mechanic start type opening on any shift, such as day, evening or night shift as well as overtime and weekends if required. Must accept work in a cold or warm environment. Some duties require lifting, pushing and pulling up to 70+ lbs. Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, stretching and pulling.

Three years mechanical or maintenance experience or equivalent technical certificate in mechanical field from accredited school preferred.  One year electrical/electronic experience or equivalent technical certificate in electrical/electronic field from accredited school required.  CDL preferred.  If an applicant meets the minimum requirements for consideration they may be contacted for a visit to the facility.
