Your responsibilities
- Bank relationship management
- Management of credit rating agencies
- External financing of Uniper Group, e.g. through syndicated revolving credit facilities or debt capital markets instruments (EMTN program/bonds, Commercial Paper, Green Finance Framework)
- Leadership of a team of [9] individuals, including two team heads
- Development and execution of a funding strategy and provide strategic direction to the Board of Management
- Executing debt roadshows & creditor relations activities
- Management of Uniper’s financial policy and debt KPIs (Economic Net Debt, Leverage Ratio, etc)
- Evaluation of investment proposals and advice on impact on external credit ratings
- Arrangement of project finance debt for Joint Ventures
- Reprivatization of Uniper and preparation & execution of related equity transactions
- Providing services in relation to the Annual General Meeting (AGM)
- Contribution to external reporting and disclosure
Your profile
- Senior financial manager with a university degree and several years of leadership experience in an international banking & large corporate environment
- Experience in energy or other capital-intensive industries
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Impressive track record of successfully executed financing transactions
- Solid understanding of corporate and capital markets law and regulation as well as of relevant accounting principles
- Intercultural experience
- Fluency in English; German is a plus
