Primary Location: South Bend, Indiana
Project Assignment: Midwest Region
Pay Range: $220,000 – $280,000*
*Estimated total compensation includes base salary, vehicle allowance, project-based per diem, and eligibility for an annual incentive. Actual total compensation will vary depending on project location and travel requirements.
Superior and our tri-venture, CST, is looking for a Traveling Senior Project Manager to help drive our electrical construction projects forward across the Midwest. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing construction projects, scheduling resources, ensuring that budgets and timelines are met, and working closely with the Superintendent and Foremen to ensure the successful progress and completion of the project.
This role will begin on a jobsite in South Bend, Indiana, with the opportunity to support future projects in other markets as business needs evolve.

This role requires flexibility and willingness to travel and temporarily reside near project sites for extended project assignments. Potential jobsite locations may include Ohio, Indiana, Iowa, and/or Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead our project team(s) and provide clear communication and guidance to team members, vendors, clients, and TSG executives
- Mitigate and manage project risk, and elevate concerns – and solutions – quickly to Project Operations and Field Operations leadership
- Maintain and grow the trust of clients by cultivating relationships, communicating swiftly, collaborating, and solving challenges
- Oversee all project finance requirements and lead the team through accurate billings, project setup, project buy-out, project cost control, change order management, and cost-to-complete
- Ensure compliance with the full project schedule from project kickoff to project closeout
- Chair project meetings including planning, progress updates, and reviews with customers
- Work with departments across the organization to ensure that project materials are available and in place as needed
- Own the full scope of the project contract and negotiate changes as needed
- Maintain a high degree of safety on our work across the jobsite

Your Expertise
- Required: You have at least 8 years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Bonus Points: You’ve earned your Construction Management degree, Engineering degree, Construction Management Program certificate, or another related degree
- Bonus Points: You’re experienced with design-build, hard bid, and negotiated projects around $50M+
- Bonus Points: You have extensive knowledge in construction management software
- Bonus Points: You hold an active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
