Summary: 

Perform a wide variety of diversified and exacting duties to plan, lay out and install company and vendor supplied parts, fittings, subassemblies to produce finished custom chemical feed units per print. Use discretion and judgment to devise methods and assembly/fitting techniques necessary to build intricate units to exacting standards.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Requirements: Welder Qualification Test Records enumerating the specification (i.e. ASME SECTION IX) and the results, with the Testing facility’s acceptance (i.e. Radiographic results).

Experience: Minimum 5 years of welding background including both MIG and TIG welding; education and experience will be considered.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Able to run sheer, drill press, cut off saw, spot weld, pipe weld, and orbital weld
  • Able to use a variety of hand tools, levels, squares, and tapes ETC
  • Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications and manuals.
  • Must be able to follow standard welding techniques to fabricate all types of frames skids & platforms
  • Must consistently demonstrate the highest standards in both the quality and quantity of work performed and is capable of troubleshooting and resolving difficult fitting and assembly tasks on any skid job
  • Ability to multi-task and perform in a dynamic environment while maintaining a positive attitude and energy
  • Strong team player, good work ethic and ability to be flexible and work within a collaborative team environment to meet production and company needs
