As Country Quality Manager, within our Global Quality Team, you’ll manage the implementation and maintenance of the Affiliate Quality System, ensuring compliance with GxP regulatory requirements, Global Quality standards, and national legislation. This role includes acting as back-up Good Distribution Practices Responsible Person according to Business Contingency Plans.<br/><br/>At Opella, we build trusted and loved brands that connect with hundreds of millions of consumers worldwide. To achieve this, we need people who can shape the future of our business and help us on our journey to becoming the best fast-moving consumer healthcare company in and for the world.</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Main Responsibilities:</span></b></p><ul><li><span>Design, implement and improve Quality Processes and ensure their respective implementation in the electronic Document Management System.</span></li><li><span>Develop, roll-out training activities and oversee training effectiveness. </span></li><li><span>Contribute to the selection and qualification of suppliers and subcontractors.</span></li><li><span>Support in the identification and mitigation of Quality risks and define action plans in areas as Quality Events, change management, audits and (self-)inspections. </span></li><li><span>Ensure Product Quality is maintained through the management of in-market Product Quality Complaints and the effective management of Quality incidents. </span></li><li><span>Support recall operations, deviations and change management</span></li><li><span>Contribute to continuous improvement efforts through data analysis and trending. </span></li><li><span>Manage activities related to the Falsified Medicine Directive.</span></li><li><span>Act as a back-up of Good Distribution Practice Responsible Person back-up in the warehouse</span><br/> </li></ul><p><b><span>About You<br/><br/>Experience:</span></b></p><ul><li><span>Proven experience in the Good Distribution Practices (GDP) domain within an affiliate setting, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the specific challenges and requirements of this area, meeting the qualification requirements to be declared as GDP RP to Health Authority</span></li><li><span>Experience in Quality Systems, Continuous Improvement and Life-cycle Management. </span></li><li><span>Understanding of GxP, quality risk analysis and management, regulatory requirements.</span><br/> </li></ul><p><b><span>Soft Skills And Technical Skills</span></b></p><ul><li><span> Good communication and diplomacy skills.</span></li><li><span> Good sense of organization, planning, priority setting and initiative and ability to work in a high paced and constantly changing environment.</span></li><li><span> Hands-on experience with MS Excel.
