Senior Technical Product Manager

What You’ll Do

• Craft and drive product strategy for two internal facing products, looking at least 12  months ahead
• Define detailed requirements and user stories; work with platform engineers to determine feasibility and tradeoffs.
• Orchestrate effective prioritization conversations with stakeholders and business leaders, communicating with clarity the “what” and “why” behind the potential paths forward.
• Work with autonomy to identify new product opportunities and improvements. Utilize data, user feedback, and competitor & industry research to champion ideas and garner cross-functional buy-in.
• Define key KPIs to measure the product, audience, and business success of the features your team creates
• Utilize data to inform and build business cases for new features or enhancements. 
• Hold training sessions as needed with stakeholders, teaching them how to utilize the tools, including building workflows in our ticketing tool.
• Own the admin functions, including building workflows and maintaining workspaces, in one of the products.

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5 years of product management experience and a portfolio of work that backs it up
• Passionate about understanding customer behavior, pain-points, and improving the experience of every consumer-product interaction.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum methodologies
• Ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders
• Ability to keep business and strategic goals top of mind while prioritizing daily work needs. (Think strategically and execute methodically)
• Experience working with high performing teams against tight deadlines
• Highly analytical with an ability to influence and drive decisions using both quantitative and qualitative data
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build solid relationships across the organization
• Experience driving multifaceted projects forward with cross-functional teams

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

• Starting Salary: $100,000 - $165,750*
  *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
