Job Description​

We are hiring a Clinical Supervisor for our Advanced Urologic Associates team!

• Monday-Friday 730am - 5pm

• Position will be in Independence but also travel to our Lee's Summit and Overland Park locations.

• Supervising around 23 staff.

• KS and MO RN required

• BLS required

The Opportunity

Manages specific administrative and clinical functions related to the daily operations of the clinic as assigned. Supervise assigned clinical departments. Responsible for all resources and functions related to patient care including ordering supplies QA regulatory compliance OSHA maintenance of clinical equipment and regular staff meetings. Also responsible for training and development of assigned employees including hiring decisions discipline and staff evaluations. Assist clinical staff as needed. Overall responsible for working to achieve quality healthcare and high patient satisfaction.

Applicable Experience:

Registered Nurse (MO) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)

Bachelor's Degree
