Key Responsibilities
Client Assessments & Care Planning
- Assist with in-home client assessments
- Support the development and updates of individualized care plans
- Help ensure caregivers understand and follow each client’s care plan
Caregiver Support & Training
- Introduce new caregivers to clients at the start of services
- Provide follow-up training and support when needed
- Serve as a resource for caregivers in the field
Client Relationship Support
- Conduct occasional client check-ins to help ensure satisfaction
- Communicate updates or concerns regarding client care
- Help maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and families
Backup Care Coverage
- Provide hands-on caregiving when needed
- Assist with filling shifts when coverage gaps occur
- Model excellent caregiving standards for the team

Qualifications
- Previous experience in non-medical home care or caregiving
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Natural leadership ability and willingness to mentor others
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently in clients’ homes
