Job Description

VAST Data is seeking a highly motivated Planning, Operations, and Digital Center of Excellence (COE) Manager to drive operational excellence, strategic planning, and digital transformation initiatives across the organization. In this role, you will develop and implement best practices, optimize processes, and leverage digital tools to enhance efficiency, scalability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Strategy:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance operational efficiencies and align with business objectives.
• Implement data-driven decision-making frameworks to improve forecasting, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Operations Management:

• Design, implement, and optimize operational processes to increase productivity and streamline workflows.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics dashboards to monitor and improve operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for automation and digital integration to drive operational excellence.

Digital Center of Excellence (COE):

• Lead the development and execution of the Digital COE strategy to foster innovation and digital adoption across the company.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies to improve business operations and scalability.
• Drive digital transformation projects, including AI-driven analytics, automation, and cloud-based solutions.
• Act as a change agent, ensuring adoption and effective utilization of digital tools across the organization.

Collaboration & Leadership:

• Partner with key stakeholders, including IT, Finance, Sales, and Engineering, to implement process improvements and digital initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive operational and digital transformation projects.
• Provide training and mentorship to employees to foster a culture of continuous improvement and digital literacy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, operations, and digital transformation, preferably in a technology or data-driven environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into strategic actions.
• Experience in implementing digital tools, automation, and AI-driven solutions to enhance business operations.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills to drive change across the organization.
