Team Lead International Sales (w/m/d)

What you will do to help drive energy transition:
 

• You will lead, motivate, assess, and develop a team of two Business Development Managers and one Sales Account Manager.

• You will supervise and support new growth partnerships to increase revenue and enhance brand positioning.

• You will prepare for and participate in industry fairs related to e-mobility, PV, storage, and new energy models across GM Markets (Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands, Belgium, Poland).

• You will work on Hardware products  (SB-10, SB-10 Perfomance, Flexstack).

• You will proactively manage the escalated issues including but not limited to after sales, technical support, marketing, customers, or processes.

• You will build and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders to coordinate the execution of new product launches (hardware & software), market entries, and services.

• You will prepare relevant documents for internal communication and reporting.

• You will collaborate with the marketing manager on promotional campaigns, lead quality follow-ups, and activities supporting product launches to boost brand awareness and lead generation.

• You will contribute to refining the "go to market" strategy by collaborating with market intelligence, assessing market feasibility, and prospecting new partners.

What you will need on that journey:
 

• You have 5+ years of professional experience (Sales expertise and Business Development activities).

• You have successfully completed university studies.

• Ideally you have technical experience in storage, PV or any relevant technical/hardware expertise. 

• Ideally you bring some knowledge of the energy industry.

• You have a deep sales understanding and entrepreneurial thinking.

• You are willing to travel to visit partners in Europe.

• You speak fluent English, and adittional language is a benefit.
