This 7-month position, commencing in Lancaster, PA, offers comprehensive training, leading to a full-time outside sales position in the United States. In this role, you'll hone your strategic selling abilities through frequent communication with architects, designers, contractors, and distributors. Collaborating with our experts, you'll cultivate a robust internal network, ensuring your growth and success.
Our Commercial Sales Development program is designed with distinct milestones and immersive experiences. You'll gain indispensable business insights, market acumen, product mastery, and selling proficiency, solidifying your standing within our accomplished sales team.
The profile of our ideal candidate includes:
- Individuals in their final year of a 4-year degree or have completed a BS/BA
- GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team to manage multiple priorities
- Leadership abilities demonstrated through involvement in student or community organizations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Demonstrated interest in sales through coursework, work experience, participation in student organizations, etc.
- Willingness to relocate two times:
- Trainees will relocate to the campus-like setting of our Corporate Headquarters in Lancaster, PA for the duration of the Commercial Sales Development Program.
- Trainees will relocate to a field sales position upon program completion. When applying, trainees have the option to select from one or more regional preferences for final placement. Specific location within a given region will depend on business need at the time. Applicants should be willing to relocate to any location within a given region.
