Warehouse Specialist Houston, TX

What are we looking for

C&C North America, Inc. has an opening in Houston, Texas for a Warehouse Specialist. Prepare appropriate documentation for picking, loading and unloading trucks and containers. Responsible for Inventory and cycle counts. Load and unload product from truck, flatbed or container. Move product within warehouse by using forklift, jockey truck and overhead crane. Responsible for quality control by reviewing/auditing incoming and outgoing product for accuracy and inconsistencies. Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs). Maintain a safe working area ensuring that Health and Safety processes and procedures are met. Maintain bin location of all slab material. Address customer conflict and complaints that may arise during the shipping, receiving and delivery process(i.e. broken slabs, wrong order, etc.). Implement real time bar code operations by scanning the slab as it moves. May be called upon to coordinate warehouse activities if needed. Ensure &implement of all appropriate safety regulations (OSHA). Assist with system order entry when needed, as well as customer delivery schedules. Full requirements: At least three years of warehouse shipping, receiving, and inventory experience working for an international company in the stone manufacturing industry. Experience must also include use of SAP software for inventory management.
