Join Our Team as a Floor Trainer!

1st shift schedule with flexibility: 6am - 2:30pm

Are you passionate about helping others succeed? As a Floor Trainer, you’ll play a key role in developing and empowering our team while ensuring safety, efficiency, and excellence in everything we do. You’ll work closely with the Lead Trainer to onboard and train employees, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to thrive in our dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Certify & Train: Guide team members to master Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and cross-train employees on diverse job functions.
• Innovate & Improve: Develop and refine training practices to ensure employees are set up for success.
• Solve Problems: Investigate routine challenges and provide effective solutions.
• Support & Collaborate: Keep supervisors informed of team progress while contributing to Quality Assurance audits and conducting safety walks.
• Operate Equipment: Work hands-on with machinery and material handling tools.

What We’re Looking For:

• Years of Experience Preferred: 3+ years in a relevant role.
• Required Experience: Former trainer, lead, or supervisor experience. Background in logistics, manufacturing, or possibly big-box retail. Bilingual candidates are highly preferred.
• Additional Preferred Experience: Experience working in a cold storage environment.
• Proficiency in computer skills, especially Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership and communication skills—you’ll present ideas and deliver training in a way that’s easy to understand.
• Hands-on experience with Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working in both cold (as low as -20°F/-25°C) and dry storage settings (up to 100°F/37°C).
• Flexibility to work different schedules, including weekends if needed.
• Comfort with various noise levels in the workplace.

Pay Range:$21.15 - $36.25
