CDL A Truck Driver - Home Weekends - Welcoming CDL Graduates

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking skilled CDL A Truck Drivers for our Home Weekends program! This role provides an excellent work-life balance, allowing our drivers to return home on weekends. Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport freight across designated routes.
• Deliver loads within scheduled time frames while adhering to safety regulations.
• Load and unload freight as required, ensuring proper handling of cargo.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Restore trucks to a safe operational state after delivery.
• Report any incidents or issues immediately to management.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum of 2 years of driving experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of DOT regulations and compliance requirements.
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Must have a clean driving record with no major violations in the past 5 years.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and a background check.

Benefits

• $1200 - $1500 per week
• Trainees are paid $650/week until their 4-6 weeks are complete (if under 6 months exp.)
• .55 - .64 a mile depending on experience
• $15 stop pay.
• $50 short haul pay (most loads qualify).
• .06 per mile monthly bonus
• Full benefits that kick in after 30 days including medical, dental, 401K and PTO
