Senior Director, Partner Success
Location: Nashville, TN or Remote - USA
Asurion is seeking a Senior Director, Partner Success to lead and grow strategic relationships across one or more key partner portfolios. This role is responsible for deepening partnerships, driving program expansion, and delivering exceptional outcomes for both Asurion and its partners. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder, strategic operator, and results-oriented leader who can translate partner needs into business outcomes, fueling long-term, mutual growth.
This individual will serve as the executive point of contact for partner relationships, with accountability for program performance, partner engagement, and strategic roadmap execution. The role may also lead a high-performing team and will collaborate cross-functionally to unlock the full value of Asurion’s capabilities.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the executive lead for partner relationships across one or more strategic accounts
- Build trusted, long-term relationships at all levels of the partner organization, from operational stakeholders to senior executives
- Define and execute joint business plans that align Asurion’s value proposition with partner goals
- Lead commercial discussions, resolve escalations, and guide high-impact decisions that support shared success
- Own end-to-end performance of partner programs, including customer experience, financial outcomes, compliance, and delivery excellence
- Lead regular business reviews (QBRs/MBRs), synthesizing insights and aligning stakeholders on progress and opportunities
- Identify and act on levers to drive profitability, efficiency, and program optimization
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Ops, Tech, Legal, etc.) to drive partner initiatives and resolve challenges.
- Translate partner feedback into actionable insights to inform product enhancements and service delivery
- Ensure all initiatives are executed with speed, clarity, and measurable impact
- Lead with data and integrity, driving business decisions through insight and measurable outcomes
- If applicable, build, lead, and develop a team of direct and indirect reports, creating a high-accountability, purpose-driven culture.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in partner management, business development, strategy, or related areas.
- Experience in product-led or service-led environments is a strong plus
- Proven track record of building and growing strategic partnerships in complex environments
- Strategic mindset with strong financial and operational acumen
- Highly skilled communicator with the ability to influence across levels and functions
- Experience navigating legal, regulatory, and commercial frameworks of large service or product programs
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills grounded in data and business performance metrics
- Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a strong bias for action
- Willingness to travel up to 30%, including international travel as needed
- Flexibility to work across global partner time zones
