Additionally, Clearstream provides services for investment funds, collateral management and securities lending.<b> </b></p> <p> </p> <p><b>Your area of work</b></p> <p>Clearstream Holding AG is seeking a talented and reliable intern for Global RM, Sales &amp; Client Services. This role demands a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently on assignments with good judgment. The right candidate will have a strong bias for action, "can-do" attitude and the ability to handle multiple requests and tasks simultaneously. <br/>  </p> <p><b>Your responsibilities:</b></p> <ul> <li>You will be responsible for coordination with teams globally for your day to day organizational tasks</li> <li>You will support the team by monitoring various administrative projects and run reports for the management providing insights</li> <li>You will support in the maintenance and enhancement of internal CRM systems and manage the data for them</li> <li>You will be responsible for the maintenance and improvement of Global RM, Sales &amp; Client Services SharePoint site and subsequent pages</li> <li>You will track and drive various processes and follow-up on outstanding action items</li> <li>Furthermore, you will support in planning, strategizing and execution of various operational processes</li> <li>In addition to these exciting tasks, you will be gain further insights into Sales &amp; Relationship Management<br/>  </li> </ul> <p><b>Your profile:</b></p> <ul> <li>You are enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree programme with a recognized institution focusing on Finance, Business Administration or similar and can provide an internship agreement. Furthermore, we offer the possibility of an orientation internship, whereby you are currently in a gap-year after your bachelor's or master's degree in the above-mentioned fields of study - in this case, an enrolment is not required. Students recently graduated / graduating soon may also apply</li> <li>You have superior organizational abilities</li> <li>You have strong analytical skills, creativity and ability to break down complex topics into smaller operational steps and presentation skills to effectively communicate them to the Team or Management</li> <li>You are motivated by continuous learning and growth</li> <li>Your professional experience in any organizational / operational role will be an asset</li> <li>You have already gained advanced experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
