Position Overview
Are you a seasoned line cook with leadership chops and a passion for fast-paced, high-volume kitchens? Step into the role of P.M. Kitchen Supervisor at Sahale Grill, where you’ll take charge of nightly operations, lead a talented team, and ensure every dish leaves the line looking and tasting amazing.
This is more than just a back-of-house role—you’ll be a key player in maintaining quality, consistency, cleanliness, and team morale. This is a full-time, seasonal position

Qualifications

• Minimum Age -18 years
• Minimum 3 years cooking in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Minimum of 1-year supervisory experience
• Must possess and maintain a valid Oregon Food Handlers Permit (ServSafe Certification preferred)
• Available to work weekends and holidays as well as added bonus nights
• Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business


Compensation:
• Wage: $22.31 - $25.71 hourly
