Requirements

• At least 2 years experience of dealership finance experience
• Proven track record as a high-performing Auto Finance Manager in the automotive industry
• In-depth knowledge of finance products, lending options, and industry regulations
• Exceptional negotiation, closing, and customer service skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Proficiency in dealership management software and financial systems
