Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team Xplor Growth. Xplor Growth provides end-to-end customer engagement tools and marketing automation solutions that businesses use to acquire, retain, and engage their customers more effectively. We are a core service and our primary customer is the other products within Xplor that utilize our CRM products. 

In this role, you will own key product initiatives, define and execute a strategic roadmap that enhances our customers’ ability to manage their business growth. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Support—to drive innovation and ensure seamless product delivery.

Job Responsibilities

• Own the planning, vision, and implementation of features within Xplor Growth, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

• Develop a deep understanding of our customers - internal pruduct teams - by engaging directly with them to uncover pain points and identify opportunities.

• Define and maintain a product roadmap, balancing long-term strategic investments, short-term wins, and technical debt.

• Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to build and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends and evolving customer needs.

• Lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance our CRM, marketing automation, and customer engagement capabilities.

• Establish key success metrics for product initiatives and track their impact on business goals.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to gather feedback and ensure smooth product adoption.

• Guide the agile development process, including backlog management, sprint planning, and product refinement.

• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring that product launches are successful and deliver value to customers.

The average base salary pay range for this position is $120,000 to $165,000. May be considered for a discretionary bonus

Qualifications

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or marketing automation tools.

• Experience building CRM, marketing automation, or customer engagement products is preferred.

• Proven ability to own a product roadmap and drive execution from ideation through launch.

• Strong analytical skills to identify patterns in customer feedback, user behavior, and market trends.

• Ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Support teams.

• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience leading agile teams.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and advocate for product decisions.
