What you will do:
• Act as Program Manager, Administrator and Coordinator of business solutions
• Support the implementation of digital business solutions built with Microsoft products (such as: SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Teams, Project, Power BI, etc)
• Support administration activities, requirements gathering, app development, automation of processes, user acceptance testing, master data management, training programs, sustainment, and other tasks needed
• Drive results in support of the business, even in the face of demanding timelines
• Manage the logistics of administration, business, meetings, communications, scheduling, process improvements, and onboarding
• Organize, monitor, and bring together various elements for digital solutions
• Coordinate tasks for architects, administrators, super users, and council ensuring dependent tasks go smoothly
• Provides support to end users and training. Support process improvement opportunities and data maintenance
• Collaborate with Business Unit leadership to define, manage and own program scope. Create detailed Work Breakdown Structure
• Develop and manage the detailed program Gantt chart. Analyze critical path, major workstreams, and intersecting milestones. Own the program schedule
• Partner with project teams to create program Quality Plans using a multitude of quality planning tools and techniques. Monitor and maintain plans
• Develop a risk management plan for the program. Identify, analyze, and understand project risks, develop and monitor a risk response plan
• Develop a Procurement Management Plan and be a strategic partner in the selection of procurement partners
• Estimate, acquire and assign cross functional program resources. Define the role, responsibility, and deliverables for each team member. Provide direct feedback to functional manager on performance reviews. Coach and mentor team members
• Develop a Stakeholder engagement plan for the program, based on the identification, analysis and understanding of Stakeholder expectations and requirements
• Develop and Execute communications management plan for program team, key stakeholders, and business leaders
• Incorporate end-user feedback to refine scope through the project lifecycle and can communicate changes, updates, and decisions to key stakeholders
What You Need:
• Bachelors Degree Required (MBA preferred)
• 6+ years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate required"
• Basic understanding of Software Development Lifecycle
• Experience supporting system end-users
• PMP or PgMP or equivalent preferred
