About This Role
The Care Logistics Referral Coordinator exists to connect members with timely, appropriate specialty care and ensure a smooth referral experience.
In this role, you will:
- Serve Redirect Health members and internal care teams
- Be responsible for managing referrals, coordinating specialty services, and maintaining accurate documentation
- Directly impact member experience, access to care, and continuity of healthcare services
This is a hands-on role for someone who:
- Enjoys coordination, communication, and detail-oriented work
- Takes ownership and follows through
- Wants their work to have a real-world impact on people’s health
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Own: Inbound and outbound specialty referrals from start to completion
- Support: Scheduling specialty services and maintaining communication with provider offices
- Collaborate with: Care Logistics team members, specialty providers, and internal clinical teams
- Improve: Referral turnaround times and overall member experience
- Advocate for: Members by ensuring referrals are completed accurately and within service standards
A strong performer in this role is known for:

- Communicating with empathy and professionalism
- Consistently completing referral tasks within 72 business hours
