Job Description

Take on an exciting role as a Sales Support Specialist in the dynamic steel construction industry. You’ll be integral to the sales team’s success by managing customer relationships, streamlining sales processes, and ensuring smooth operational workflow. This position offers excellent exposure to the construction industry while developing valuable skills in sales operations and customer relationship management. You’ll work remotely with an established team, contributing directly to the company’s growth while handling various aspects of the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Generate and process customer quotes with attention to detail and accuracy
  
• Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure data integrity and customer information accuracy
  
• Schedule and coordinate appointments between the sales team and clients
  
• Provide comprehensive sales support to enhance team efficiency
  
• Handle professional communication with customers and internal team members
  
• Track and follow up on sales opportunities
  
• Assist in streamlining sales processes and administrative workflows
  

Requirements

• Proven experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms)
  
• Proficiency in quote management and processing tools
  
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  
• Excellent organizational abilities and time management skills
  
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently

• Basic understanding of sales processes and customer service principles
