The Role

The Pursuit Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing strategies to support our sales team in winning new business. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement field marketing plans to support sales pursuits and business development initiatives.

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand target markets, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

• Create and manage marketing campaigns, including events, webinars, and digital marketing efforts.

• Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.

• Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

• Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure successful execution of marketing activities.

• Provide training and support to sales teams on marketing tools and best practices.

• Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required Skills, Experience and Circumstances:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in field marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM software.

• Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Advanced degree preferred.

Compensation

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $120,360 to $228,840 based on a full-time schedule.  Your actual compensation may vary depending on yo
