Customer Experience Representative (EMEA)

Celanese is a Fortune 500 company that employs approximately 12,400 employees worldwide with 2023 net sales of $10.9 billion.</p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <p><strong>YOU will be involved in the following tasks:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Responsible for perfect End-to-End order fulfilment, from order receipt to delivery ensuring customer satisfaction for the Acetate Tow business in EMEA</li> <li>Covering own client portfolio and keeping a good relationship with both external and internal stakeholders</li> <li>Coordinate load and shipment processes with warehouse personnel and carriers to ensure on time delivery to customer</li> <li>Proactively monitor open orders, deliveries to avoid and resolve issues at the earliest possibility and mitigate negative impact of unavoidable disturbances</li> <li>Document, investigate and follow up internal and external complaints</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <p><strong>What YOU will bring to the team:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Fluent English, further languages are a benefit</li> <li>At least 2 years of supply chain/logistics/order management/procurement or customer service experience</li> <li>Excellent communication skills</li> <li>Strong, decided personality</li> <li>Solution oriented mindset</li> <li>Being precise in your work</li> <li>Customer focus with good interpersonal skills</li> <li>The ability to work under pressure</li> <li>Experience using SAP preferable</li> </ul>
