The internship

Our small and dynamic team, rolling-out impactful talent acquisition initiatives on a global scale, is looking for a student, passionate about talent attraction, marketing, internal and external data insights and above all eager to learn and have fun!
We are working very closely with our 82 operating companies around the world!
In this internship you will:
- Support in the design and delivery of Global Talent Acquisition priorities
- Assist with Employer Branding / Employee Value campaigns to drive engagement around being Employer of Choice
- Coordination of activities for the Global Talent Acquisition Community
- Contribute to the engagement and organization of the TA Community of Practice
- Program coordination, data gathering, data analysis, benchmarks and insights
- Assist the creation of executive presentations

The department
You join the Global Talent Acquisition team, part of the Global Talent and Leadership team in the heart of Amsterdam. This is a team gathering multiple nationalities, generations, education backgrounds and personalities, where we inspire the full organization. Immerse yourself in an inspiring team of diverse individuals, collaborating mainly with powerhouse teams like DEI and L&D.
The terms of employment
- Your starting date is February
- The internship is fulltime (in consultation also 4 days a week possible)
- The duration of the internship is 5 or 6 months (in consultation with your internship supervisor)
- It is a practice-oriented internship
- You will be based in Amsterdam
- At HEINEKEN, we work with a hybrid model, typically spending three days a week at the office and two days working from home
- You will receive a monthly internship allowance of €650 gross based on a 40-hour workweek
- You will earn 2 vacation days per month (based on a full-time internship)
- If you do not have a public transport student subscription, your commuting costs will be fully reimbursed
The start of your internship
Together with a diverse group of interns from different departments you will start your internship at HEINEKEN. Together you will be introduced to the organization. Furthermore, you can organize fun activities with your fellow interns.

We believe that everyone has unique talents! For this position we are looking for someone who is:
- Passionate or curious about Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and HR Technology
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s/ Master’s program
- Experienced user of MS Office (Outlook, Work, Excel and PowerPoint. A bonus if you are familiar with working data analytics).
Conditions of HEINEKEN
- You are enrolled at an educational institution for the entire duration of your internship and can provide proof of enrollment for the current academic year during your onboarding.
- In the case of non-EU nationality, you must be registered as an intern with a Dutch educational institution.
- In case of EU nationality, you may also be registered as an intern at educational institutions outside the EU.
- You reside in the Netherlands for the entire duration of your internship. Please note that HEINEKEN does not provide housing.
- You are in possession of a valid citizen service number (BSN).
