Touchmark on West Prospect is Appleton's leading full-service retirement community, enriching the lives of residents and their families through five-star hospitality, services and amenities. We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Driver.


Full-Time Driver – Starting @ $18.00/Hour
Weekend and Holiday Flexibility Required
Do you enjoy being on the move and making a meaningful difference in people’s lives? Join our team as a Driver and help our residents stay connected to the community and live life to the fullest!
In this role, you’ll provide safe, friendly transportation for our active and vibrant senior residents—whether it’s to medical appointments, shopping trips, social outings, or lunch excursions. You’ll be more than a driver—you’ll be a friendly face, a trusted helper, and a valued part of their day.
What You’ll Do:
• Safely transport residents in a company-provided van or bus
• Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere on every ride
• Communicate clearly and courteously with residents, families, and team members
• Support outings that enhance resident well-being and independence
What We’re Looking For:
• A passion for customer service and senior care
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A valid Wisconsin driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Patience, professionalism, and a friendly personality
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
