Overnight Attendant

Agents are responsible for reporting door alarms, unattended baggage, and fire alarms, and providing security on the concourses inside of the airport overnight.    Basic Qualifications: •  Must be 18 years of age or older •  No high school diploma, GED or college degree required •  No experience required and on the job training provided   Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to all passengers by answering all of their questions and directing them throughout the airport to get to their final destination.  
• Report to the concourse they're assigned to and monitor the concourse throughout the night to make sure no suspicious activity occurs. 
• Agents will have to be able to walk and stand for long periods throughout the shift. (Segways are used)
• The start wage is $13.00 Per hour.

Preferred Qualifications:

•  One (1) year of customer service or similar work experience preferred   A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
