Compensation Range:
$120,000 - $150,000 annually (depending on level, licensure, and location)
Position Summary
The National Director of Business Relations is responsible for creating and executing growth strategies to drive clinical inquiries and admissions throughout Clearview’s residential treatment programs. This role focuses on cultivating and maintaining professional referral relationships on a national scale, ensuring clinical partners are informed and connected to Clearview’s full continuum of care. The position includes analyzing industry trends, developing strategic initiatives to remove barriers to care, and increasing clinical referrals. The National Director plays a pivotal role in managing and training Regional Directors, fostering cross-referral opportunities between programs and levels of care, and supporting strategic growth initiatives.
Relationships and Contacts
Within the Organization: Maintains frequent and close working relationships with facility leaders, the Business Development team, Admissions team, and all clinical team members.
Outside the Organization: Builds and sustains professional working relationships with clients, families, referral partners, clinical partners, and vendors.
Essential Responsibilities
- Develops and oversees a comprehensive, national growth strategy aligned with Clearview’s mission and strategic goals.
- Manages, trains, and supports new Regional Directors to ensure consistency and effectiveness in outreach and relationship-building efforts.
- Coordinates cross-referral initiatives between RTCs and PHPs to maximize continuity of care and regional service utilization.
- Provides targeted business development support in California, and neighboring states, cultivating strong regional networks and identifying new opportunities for strategic growth. Some national travel is expected to cover white space territories.
- Builds a strategic national growth plan by evaluating, analyzing, and interpreting facility and market utilization data.
