JOB TITLE: Regional Director of Talent Acquisition – Las Vegas
GRADE: L-14

REPORTS TO: VP of Regional Talent Acquisition and Corporate HR Initiatives
PAY TYPE: Exempt
Job Summary
The Director of Talent Acquisition leads the talent acquisition agenda for the Las Vegas Region, Caesars Digital, and Corporate Enterprise businesses by building talent pipelines, partnering with internal and external entities to sustain a consistent intake of high caliber talent, and partnering with the business to conduct needs analysis and set in place ongoing strategies to bring in talent, while measuring effectiveness. The Director will manage all phases of the recruiting process, including, search intake, writing job descriptions, directing search strategy, research and identification of both active and passive candidates, screening and assessment of candidates, interviewing and making job offers to those candidates.
Qualifications
- Proficient in English verbal and written
- Minimum of 2 years in Talent Acquisition management
- Proficient in Microsoft programs, UKG, and Oracle
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field preferred
Additional Skills Required
- Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Must have the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office equipment
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks under strict time constraints
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing cigarette smoke, dust, loud noises and bright lights
Primary Responsibilities
- Leads a team of 45+ talent acquisition team members with 2 direct reports
- Oversees daily operations of the Talent Acquisition Department servicing the Las Vegas region, Corporate, and Digital teams providing technical/professional guidance and strategy, and employee engagement
- Ensures compliance with laws, regulations, and regulatory agencies relating to recruitment such as Americans with Disabilities Act, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Fair Labor practices, and State Gaming Licensing/Regulations
- Effectively presents information and respond to questions from groups of clients and the general public
- Upholds and demonstrates the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
- Partners with leaders in all supported divisions to provide on-going talent acquisition efforts to achieve business goals and meet demands
- Assists new property openings with their Talent Acquisition agenda, strategy, and provides on-going support to ensure a successful launch (Oracle, background checks, MDF, compliance checks, etc)
- Establishes and maintains community partner relationship to support ongoing and future talent pipelines
- Take a leadership role to execute ad hoc strategic projects based on changing business needs
