We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. Whether you specialize in handyman services, plumbing, electrical work, or HVAC, we want you! You’ll play a key role in keeping our properties in top condition and delivering exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve them quickly.
- Maintain a clean, safe workspace.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience in general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, or HVAC
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Licensed technicians preferred
