1. Conducting extensive secondary research to identify relevant information/ data using reliable third-party or open sources
2. Conducting benchmarking studies to drive effectiveness and efficiency of corporate functions (Finance, HR, IT, etc.), and within industry (Technology, C&R, Healthcare) based on a set of relevant quantitative metrics, which include cost, process and staffing related metrics
3. Analysing social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Blogs) to understand consumer reach and sentiment towards Target brands and compare with industry peers
4. Analysing website traffic and related characteristics to compare site performance among competitors and identify KPIs that impact business
5. Connecting with onshore users (advisors from KPMG member firms across the world) to understand project objectives, scope, and deliverables
6. Ensuring highest quality and on-time delivery for all the projects
