JR60111 Equipment & Spares Supplier Quality Manager

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Equipment & Spare Parts Supplier Quality Manager to join our world-class Global Quality team in Taiwan. As a key member of our Supplier Quality Management division, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring flawless quality standards and driving continuous improvement in our supply chain operations.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate and set expectations for overall supplier quality improvements and performance targets for equipment and spare parts suppliers
• Align with sourcing and segmentation strategies, including business continuity, benchmarking, new markets, and developing suppliers
• Jointly manage supplier relationships with Category Supplier Manager, acting as the Voice of Micron (VOM) and touchpoint for quality requirements and specifications
• Collaborate with Procurement and Central Engineering teams on a supplier quality strategy
• Oversee Front End Equipment and Spare Parts Quality Management and prioritize issue resolution
• Manage technical and quality communications with suppliers and support new production introduction activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience (Master's Degree preferred in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering)
• Strong engineering background with familiarity in tools like APAP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, 8D, etc.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements is a plus
• Experience in Front End Process or Equipment Engineering or Manufacturing
• Willingness to work under pressure and travel internationally for supplier audits and visits
