THE JOB:
As a Restaurant Relief Manager, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, elevate guest experiences through warm hospitality and attentive service. With your warm hospitality and keen attention to detail, you will create WOW dining moments that leave a lasting impression.
 

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Drive Operational Success – Manage budgets, optimize division performance, and implement strategic marketing for long-term profitability.
• Lead with Excellence – Develop, execute, and measure guest service standards aligned with our brand’s core values.
• Enhance Guest Experiences – Build relationships, fulfill special requests, and ensure exceptional service.
• Collaborate with Culinary Leadership – Work closely with the Executive Chef to meet guests’ special dining needs.
• Handle Critical Situations – Address and resolve high-priority issues, escalating concerns to the VP and Executive Director of Food & Beverage as needed.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience
