Production Team Member

Our Thermal & Acoustic Panel Assemblers are an essential part of that process—creating precision-built panels that meet the highest standards. This is an entry-level position with opportunities to advance into higher-level roles as you grow your skills and experience. Pay & Benefits:
• Pay: $18.50-$21.50/hr., paid weekly
• Schedule: Monday through Friday – 6:00am-2:30pm (potential for OT)

What You’ll Do:
• Assemble thermal and acoustic panels and doors using sketches or drawings
• Install windows into panels
• Package and crate panels for shipment
• Operate saws (vertical band, horizontal band, circular – entry level, training provided)
• Obtain and maintain forklift certification with KOCH’s assistance
What We’re Looking For:
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints (entry level – will train)
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use a tape measure
• Willingness to learn forklift and material handling equipment operation
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Able to follow directions and meet deadlines
