The Opportunity

The Associate Finance Business Partner plays a key role in support of Commercial activities.  In this role you will be a key project lead for the implementation of a novel solution to drive customer profitability and compliance. The role will contribute as a key partner in decision-making opportunities in customer deal support, contract and profitability analysis.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide project leadership for E2E initiatives regarding the evolution of how we partner with our stakeholders to drive customer profitability and contract performance

  • Navigate a matrix organization to drive impact autonomously while creating solutions to challenges and roadblocks along the way

  •  Lead and prepare complex financial and business related analyses, including: customer deal profitability, ROI, payback period

  • Partner with our commercial stakeholders to drive sound decision making behaviors and offer solutions that align our profitability goals

  • Investigate and communicate key insights, trends, and variances to leadership

  • Utilize financial acumen to analyze and communicate financial impact to stakeholders

  • Play a lead role in the strategy to drive proactive approaches in partnering to customer financial performance and contract compliance

  • Demonstrates excellent presentation skills evidenced by the ability to present large volumes of complex data succinctly to all levels of the organization, including senior leadership

  • Serves as the liaison between finance and internal partners to build long-term, strategic modeling of future years financials

  • Align with Pricing, Sales, and Marketing as a key thought partner

  • Performs special projects related to financial and budget analysis
     

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or other business related field

  • Master’s degree, MBA, or CPA preferred

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive finance or business partnering experience

  • Proven knowledge of finance and accounting principles, such as GAAP and/or IFRS

  • An end-to-end systems thinker that can improve business processes and systems while partnering across the organization

  • Capacity to lead teams and initiatives autonomously

  • Comfortable navigating difficult conversations with commercial partners

  • Operate as a Financial acumen ambassador in messaging “the why” to non-finance stakeholders

This position has on-site requirements on our Indianapolis, IN campus.

Relocation benefits are not available for this position.
