Senior Designer Dairy

This position offers opportunity to use existing skills and holds potential for professional and personal development. The aim is to provide technical product and application support to our customers and our sales organization in Europe and participate in development of new solutions. </p> <p> </p> <p>You are a professional with a theoretical background within food science and food technology or food science and chemistry at Master level. The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of experience from working with food ingredients application or development. You will belong to our Europe dairy design group and be member of a smaller dedicated team working mainly with our hydrocolloids and in particular pectin. </p> <p> </p> <p>Focus will be on application and development of primarily hydrocolloids into fruit preparations, fresh dairy products, bakery fillings and confectionary. </p> <p> </p> <p><b>Your primary responsibilities</b> will be to provide technical support to our customers in close cooperation with our sales organization and your colleagues in the Design teams across Europe. You will participate in customer development projects and internal development projects. You will have a competent internal organization to support your execution of the role including expansion of technical know-how and related competencies. Our solution portfolio includes a broad range of solutions including stabilizer/texturizers, emulsifiers, hydrocolloids, flavors, plant proteins, cultures, and enzymes.<br/>  </p> <p> </p> <h3><u><b>Key Requirements</b></u></h3> <p> </p> <p>•    You are a professional with a theoretical and potentially practical background within food science and chemistry. <br/> •    You are a Master graduate or similar and may have 5-10 years of experience within ingredient application into fruit preparations, confectionary and dairy products. Specific experience from working with hydrocolloids will be consider a benefit.<br/> •    You like to work independently, but also understand how to function in a large organization and the importance of reaching common business objectives.<br/> •    You have experience with trial planning and follow-up.<br/> •    You have good communication skills and master English both orally and written and is willing to present in front of a larger audience. Other language skills such a German, French or Spanish will be considered a benefit.<br/> •    You are open to travel in the region. <br/> •    You like to visit customers, and local travel activity fits your working style.  </p> <p> </p> <p><br/> Working location will be Brabrand, Denmark.
