Together, we push the boundaries of science to make more possible for our customers.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><b><span><span>Your role:</span></span></b></p> <p><span><span>As a SAP Project Manager,you will lead SAP projects from conception to implementation or be part of a larger Program to do so.  You will work closely with business units and IT teams to ensure that SAP solutions align with company goals and integrate seamlessly with our existing systems. Your leadership will help our Electronics Business enhance its operational efficiencies and support our ongoing digital transformation. Part of your responsabilities are project lanning and Management: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. </span></span><span><span>Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.</span></span><span><span> Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder communication and ensure ongoing engagement. Act as a mediator between stakeholders and team members.</span></span><span><span> Budget and Resource Allocation: Develop and deliver budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.</span></span><span><span> Risk Management: Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. Plan for and mitigate risks that can affect the project timeline and deliverables. </span></span><span><span>Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements. Implement project standards across projects to ensure consistency and efficiency. </span></span><span><span>SAP Expertise: Stay updated on SAP capabilities and trends. Ensure SAP solutions are leveraged to maximize ROI for the company.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><b><span><span>Who you are:</span></span></b></p> <p><span><span>•              Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.</span></span></p> <p><span><span>•              Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.</span></span></p> <p><span><span>•              Minimum of 5 years of experience managing SAP projects, preferably in a pharmaceutical or related industry.</span></span></p> <p><span><span>•              Strong understanding of SAP ERP systems and landscape.</span></span></p> <p><span><span>•              Proven ability to lead a team and manage projects with interdisciplinary teams.</span></span></p> <p><span><span>•              Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><br/> <span><span><b>What we offer: </b>We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
