Mercy Medical Center is looking for a receptionist to join our Radiology Team. The Receptionist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and care to all patients and clients.
What you will do:
Greeting patients and administering check- in and registration
Preparing charts
Answers multi-line phone and triages calls.
Scheduling appointments and procedures for exams and procedures
Completes a variety of clerical and data entry assignments.
Creates and maintains a professional, caring and customer-oriented environment.
Position Highlights and Benefits:
Full Time, 40 hr Day Shift, Monday - Friday 7:30 -4pm

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
1 years' experience in healthcare preferred.
Excellent computer abilities.
Excellent written, oral communication and customer service skills.
Familiarity with medical terminology.
Ability to manage multiple phone lines simultaneously.
Pay Range: $17.00 - $21.80
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
