YOUR ROLE

A Business Analyst works closely with front and middle-office stockholders to identify trends that can help make business decisions to modernize and improve processes in the organization by using your experience with data analytics, data visualization, and data modeling techniques and technologies.

 

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
 

• Participate in business analysis activities
• Use data visualization tools and techniques
• Create regular reporting and KPI dashboards
• Work closely with the product management team
• Perform large data set analysis to generate actionable insights
• Identify opportunities based on ad hoc analysis /trends with the overall goal of improving KPIs
• Perform audit of operational billing
• Work with stations to share audit findings
• Due to the nature of department and related to project needs, work primarily on-site in Ceva’s Miami, FL office.    

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• University degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Degree or related field 

• Experience implementing data visualization (Power BI)
• Experience in business intelligence / ETL and analytics
• Supply chain knowledge

 

Skills:  

• Proficiency with data MS Office
• Excellent interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills are required to support working in project environments that includes internal, external and customer teams
• Ability to thrive on change and to adapt to changing needs and requirements
• Ability to prioritize, plan, organize your work & time and work within deadlines
