Event Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Event Assistant. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about the event industry, highly organized, and ready to contribute to the successful planning and execution of various events. The Event Assistant will work closely with our events team to ensure the seamless coordination and delivery of events, from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:

1. Event Logistics: Assist in the planning and execution of events, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audio-visual setup.
2. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the events team, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and maintaining event documentation.
3. Vendor Coordination: Communicate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary materials and services for events, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
4. Guest Services: Assist in managing guest lists, RSVPs, and on-site registration, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for attendees.
5. Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
6. On-Site Assistance: Provide on-site support during events, including setup, coordination of activities, and addressing any issues that may arise.
